Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the same method in which the payment was made. Since Ella Engine operates only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued either as store credit or through an agreed refund method after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage reasons. We will specify such items clearly on the product page where applicable.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
